Berlin Pride Attack: Standing Together in Difficult Times

Following the Berlin Pride attack on 25 July 2026, our thoughts are with everyone affected, including the victims, those who were injured, their loved ones and the wider LGBTQ+ community.

Pride should always be a place where people can gather openly, celebrate who they are and feel safe among their community. Violence must never be allowed to divide us or make us afraid to stand together.

At Brodar, we believe community matters most during our hardest moments. Checking in on someone, offering support or simply reminding people that they are not alone can make a meaningful difference.

Our community has always found strength through connection, compassion and love. In difficult times, we must continue to support one another, reject hatred and protect the spaces where LGBTQ+ people can live and celebrate freely.
